Video Vendition: Saab’s Aero X Makes The Sultry Scene

New York marked what is essentially the end of this year’s OEM automotive show season, though there are plenty of international events yet left this year, including Shanghai (next week), Frankfurt, and Tokyo.
In the meantime, we stumbled upon this video depicting one of our favorite show cars of the last few years, Saab’s Aero X. We’re not sure if this brand spot ever ran on television (and if so, in what markets), but it’s too gorgeous not to pass on. Besides, we’re suckers for robotic bulldogs and Nina Simone (even if someone has remixed her vocals into a chillout track).
In either case, let’s just hope that the once-proud Swedish marque can build on the Aero X’s momentum by giving birth to a production model with styling and functionality that’s as captivating as the concept.
